The private pay fee for each 50 min individual session is $140. The cadence for sessions I typically hold are weekly appointments, but we can discuss twice a week or bi-weekly rhythms as well. I hold sessions Monday - Thursdays.

I have a limited number of sliding scale spots for those who the full fee is unsustainable, as of Jan 1, 2025 I do not have any current openings for sliding scale clients, but anticipate some opening up by the fall of 2025.

I am in network with Premara, Lifewise & some Blue Cross plans. I do ask that you check with your individual plan to confirm your mental health benefits prior to us working together, as each plan is different.

If we work together out of network, I can provide super bills for you to submit for reimbursement as out-of-network provider at the beginning of every month for the month of sessions prior. Please check with your specific plan to be sure super bills can be accepted.

I am offering all therapy sessions virtually via telehealth. I use a HIPAA compliant video service through Sessions Health which gives you access to our sessions through a client portal. This client portal is where all paperwork and payments are stored as well.
